Legal Documentation

Keeping a tight control on costs when setting up the rental of your property is key to the success of the process.

SWMallorcaRentals have joined with a local English and Spanish speaking lawyer to prepare a detailed tried and tested long term rental agreement that is fair to both owner and tenant, protecting your investment in your property and its fixtures whilst allowing both parties to act within a reasonable framework.

For a significantly lower cost than your legal representative may charge to prepare this document for you, SWMallorcaRentals can provide the templated document for use in your arrangements.

SWMallorcaRentals cannot offer legal advice, we are not certified or able to do so, therefore if your have concerns over your contractual arrangements with tenants, we recommend that you seek advice from your legal representative. If necessary we can recommend a local English speaking lawyer who can deal with your requirements.

Insurance

The insurance market changes rapidly. For a very small sum it is now possible to insure against any tenant defaulting or causing damage to your property. SWMallorcaRentals can provide introductions to insurance providers who can supply full details on these policies.

Inventory Services

An accurate and detailed description of both the state of all areas of the property and any items provided (furniture, white goods etc) as part of the rental is key to the good working of the arrangement.
